我们根据三一三队某铅锌矿区风化白云岩(疏松)矿层,用其它钻进方法,容易造成矿心品位贫化问题,设计了一种直径89毫米,分节活动式单动双管钻具。经过四个钻孔62个回次的生产性试验,钻进风化白云岩地层时,保持了岩(矿)芯原生造构,减少了矿心品位贫化程度,提高了钻进速度。钻进5—7级岩石时,平均岩(矿)芯采取率达到88%以上。平均小时效率达到2.2米,比双动双管钻进的平均小时效率,提高了0.7米,取得了较好的试验效果。如试验的ZK31—1孔,由孔深94.40—104.17米为风化软质(疏松)矿层,取上来的矿心,保持了原生结构,化验品位达到3.4%,比临近ZK32—4孔(30米远),用双动双管钻进的矿层1.5%的品位,提高了1.9%,受到了领导、地质人员和工人同志的好评。现将钻具试验情况简介如下。
