液压泵产生的振动和噪声沿管路传播,严重影响系统的工作性能。本文提出一种流-固耦合结构共振式液压滤波器.在研究滤波器对管路脉动衰减的原理基础上,用传递矩阵法建立滤波器的声学模型,从频率特性角度分析共振滤波器对压力脉动的衰减作用。同时在此装置基础上对该滤波器建立液压系统仿真模型,对仿真结果进行详细的分析。给出滤波特性仿真曲线,得到仿真结果与实际工况相符合,同时也验证了该模型的有效性。
