目的:建立测定回生甘露丸中重金属砷、镉、铅、铜含量的方法。方法:采用原子吸收光谱法,测定条件为砷空心阴极灯,波长193.7 nm,狭缝0.4 nm,灯电流8 m A,原子化温度900℃;镉空心阴极灯,波长228.8nm,狭缝0.2 nm,灯电流3 m A,空气流量4.5 L/min,乙炔流量0.8 L/min;铅空心阴极灯,波长283.3 nm,狭缝0.2 nm,灯电流3 m A,空气流量4.5 L/min,乙炔流量1.0 L/min;铜空心阴极灯,波长324.7 nm,狭缝0.2 nm,灯电流2 m A,空气流量4.0 L/min,乙炔流量0.5 L/min。结果:砷的线性回归方程为y=0.0155x+0.005(r=0.99919),检出限为0.09677μg/L,加样回收率为101.4452%,RSD=0.0775%;镉的线性回归方程为y=0.2855x+0.0026(r=0.99926),检出限为0.0021 mg/L,加样回收率为95.74%,RSD=0.4878%;铅的线性回归方程y=0.0345x+0.0062(r=0.99907),检出限为0.01739 mg/L,加样回收率为93.15%,RSD=0.1734%;铜的线性回归方程为y=0.01599x+0.0132(r=0.99925),检出限为0.0938 mg/L,加样回收率为96.358%,RSD=0.3491%;3个厂家的回生甘露丸都存在重金属超标现象。结论:方法准确可靠,可用于回生甘露丸中砷、镉、铅、铜的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of arsenic, cadmium, lead and copper in Hui Ren Gan Wan. The linear regression equation of lead was y = 0.0345x + 0.0062 (r = 0.99907). The detection limit was 0.2855x + 0.0026 (r = 0.99926) The limit of detection was 0.01739 mg / L with the recovery of 93.15% and RSD of 0.1734%. The linear regression equation of copper was y = 0.01599x + 0.0132 (r = 0.99925) with the detection limit of 0.0938 mg / L. The recovery rate was 96.358%, RSD = 0.3491%. There were over-standard of heavy metals in the regenerated nectar pills of three factories. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of arsenic, cadmium, lead and copper in the regenerative mannan pills.
