一名45岁的男性机动车驾驶人在一起高速道路上四车追尾碰撞事故中死亡。现场被人发现时呼吸、心搏已经停止。尸表检查未发现体表损伤,由于当地风俗习惯,其家属并不同意行尸体解剖。因此进行了多层螺旋CT(multi-slice computed tomography,MSCT)检查,发现其第3~4颈椎椎体Ⅱ度脱位,第4颈椎椎板骨折并致相应椎管狭窄。死后MSCT扫描的结果确认其形成颈部挥鞭样损伤。因此,MSCT扫描可用于显示颈部挥鞭样损伤的严重程度,为法医学鉴定提供有效的客观依据。
A 45-year-old male motor vehicle driver died in a four-car rear-end collision on a speeding road. The scene was found breathing, heart rate has stopped. Body surface examination found no damage, due to local customs and practices, their families do not agree with the autopsy. Therefore, multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) examination was performed and found that the third ~ fourth cervical vertebral body Ⅱ degree dislocation, the fourth cervical vertebral plate fracture and caused the corresponding spinal stenosis. The results of post-mortem MSCT scans confirm that they form whip-like lesions in the neck. Therefore, the MSCT scan can be used to show the whiplash injury severity of the neck, forensic identification to provide an effective objective evidence.
