一、案例简介 我某外贸公司与美国一制造商就一批通用机械配件的出口事宜进行磋商,在对支付方式进行协商时,买方不接受发货前100%的T/T付款方式,而我外贸公司也因这是一位新客户而不愿接受后100%T/T的付款方式。由于双方都有诚意建立长期合作关系,美国制造商提出采用ESCROW付款方式,并提供了一家ESCROW服务公司的网扯。我外贸公司在充分了解了ESCROW服务的基本操作程序,经过权衡后,同意就第一批配件(货值约2万美金)采用ESCROW支付方式。后我外贸公司按照与客户签订的合同履约,发货后顺利收回货款,并且与客户建立了良好的合作关系。
