利用紫外分光光度法,略加修正的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、染色方法和薄层层析扫描技术对北京区总医院提供的九例结、直肠癌(其中,结肠癌三例、直肠癌六例)癌组织及癌旁正常组织LDH总活性及其各种同工酶相对百分活性进行了定量测定。初步实验结果表明:结、直肠癌LDH总活性显著升高。LDH_2和LDH_2相对百分活性均略有减少,LDH_5值成倍增长。直肠癌LDH_2值减少和LDH_4值增加均非常显著。此外,病理鉴别“远端”正常,近癌和癌组织数值对比研究表明:LDH_3值最高,呈现“远端”正常<近癌>癌。LDH_1和LDH_2则呈现“远端”正常>近癌>癌,而LDH_4和LDH_5则另是一样,呈现“远端”正常<近癌<<癌组织模式。

LDH_1 and LDH_2 showed “distal” normal> near cancer> carcinoma, while LDH4 and LDH5 were the same, showing a “distal” normal cancer tissue pattern.
