作者通过对酯酶同工酶分析,探讨花生荚果发育过程中酯酶同工酶谱的变化。实验结果表明,随着荚果发育期的增加,酯酶同工酶带数目及着色程度深浅呈有规律的变化。花生荚果在第二期、第四期、第六期和第八期的酶带数目分别是5条、9条、10条和12条。酶带着色程度表现在第二期荚果时,A区酶带着色深,到了第四,六期荚果时,B区酶带着色深,酶活性最强,到了第八期荚果时,则是C区酶带着色深。
Through the analysis of esterase isozymes, the authors studied the changes of esterase isozymes during the development of peanut pods. The experimental results showed that the number of esterase isozymes and the degree of shading varied regularly with the development of pods. The number of peanut pod in the second, fourth, sixth and eighth enzyme bands were 5, 9, 10 and 12 respectively. Enzyme staining with the second phase of the pod, the A zone with the color depth, to the fourth and sixth pods, the B zone with deep color, enzyme activity strongest, to the eighth pod, it is C District enzyme with color depth.
