目的通过收集整理药品不良反应(ADR)的文献报道,建立药物注射液的不良反应Access数据库;统计氨基糖苷类注射液的不良反应详细数据,并分析发生不良反应的原因及其规律,为临床用药安全提供依据。方法采用文献分析法,检索中国期刊全文数据库、中文期刊全文数据库等所有药物不良反应文献案例,其中氨基糖苷类抗生素注射液有402例不良反应案例。结果原患疾病多因上呼吸道感染或胃肠道疾病注射该类抗生素,其中上呼吸道感染注射占34.82%,胃肠道疾病占26.87%;累及器官多集中在全身性损伤和呼吸系统。结论通过提高药品质量,加强药品管理和医护人员用药规范,加大对患者不良反应知识的普及,做到尽早发现、快速治疗,给药时做好药品选择,剂量适宜,从而提高氨基糖苷类注射液的用药安全,也为氨基糖苷类抗生素注射液的发展和研究提供必要的参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish an Access database of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) by collecting and arranging adverse drug reactions (ADRs), to collect detailed data of Adverse reactions of aminoglycoside injection and to analyze the causes and laws of ADRs for clinical use Provide basis for safety. Methods The literature analysis method was used to search all the literature of adverse drug reactions such as Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, among which there were 402 cases of adverse reactions in aminoglycoside antibiotics injection. The results of the original disease mostly due to upper respiratory tract infection or gastrointestinal diseases such antibiotics, including upper respiratory tract infection accounted for 34.82%, gastrointestinal diseases accounted for 26.87%; involving organs and more concentrated in the systemic injury and respiratory system. Conclusions By improving the quality of medicines, strengthening the management of medicines and medical staffs, increasing the popularization of knowledge of patients’ adverse reactions, making early detection, rapid treatment, drug selection and dosage appropriate, so as to improve the injection of aminoglycosides Liquid medication safety, but also for the aminoglycoside antibiotic injection development and research provide the necessary reference.
