在现有的人才培养质量评价体系中,高职院校往往既是培养人才的重要力量,也是评价自己教学质量的主要主体,虽然教育主管机构作为人才评价体系中的重要角色加入其中,但是评价的方法仍然是行政性评估,各种评估指标差异性不大,评估的侧重点不明显。教育部关于印发《高等职业院校人才培养工作评估方案》的通知(教高[2008]5号)中曾指出,人才培养质量评价体系应由学校、企业和第三方机构共同参与。“中职+应用本科”培养模式下,如何对人才培养质量进行全面、客观、公正的评价,是目前教育理论研究和实践领域急需解决的问题。
In the existing evaluation system of talent cultivation quality, higher vocational colleges tend to be not only the important force to train talents, but also the main subjects to evaluate their own teaching quality. Although the competent education agencies play an important role in the talent evaluation system, The method is still an administrative assessment, the difference between various assessment indicators is not significant, the emphasis of assessment is not obvious. In the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Printing and Distributing the Evaluation Scheme for the Talent Cultivation Work in Higher Vocational Colleges (Jiaogao [2008] No. 5), the quality evaluation system of personnel training should be jointly attended by schools, enterprises and third-party institutions. How to make a comprehensive, objective and fair evaluation of the quality of personnel training is a problem which is urgently needed to be solved in the field of educational theory research and practice under the training mode of “Secondary Vocational + Applied Undergraduate”.
