传统的齿轮减速机,减速比很小,而且体积较大,还受到安装中心距的限制。因此,已不适应当前生产的需要。摆线针轮减速机,虽然减速比较大,能够适应多种行业生产的需要,但结构复杂,造价昂贵,在一般中小型企业中也难以推广应用。x-y少齿差减速机正是综合各种减速机的优点,设计制造的一种结构新颖减速机。该机使用寿命长,结构简单,传动平稳、造价低廉,体积小,制造容易,性能可靠,具有摆线针轮减速机同样的效果,是目前较为理想的一种减速机。
