以某腹板开洞的大型钢结构厂房柱为对象,通过3个1∶5模型柱试件的偏心受压试验,研究试件的破坏、应变、挠曲变形以及承载力等力学性能。结果表明,大型钢结构柱腹板开洞后,其承载力以及挠曲变形特性受到较大影响;仅在孔洞周边设置加劲肋对改善开洞柱力学性能的作用有限,同时设置加劲肋并加厚周边腹板厚度的作用明显;开洞试件洞口区域的侧向变形表现为局部的剪切变形形态。
Taking the large steel structure workshop column with a web as an example, the eccentric compression tests of three 1: 5 model column specimens were carried out to study the mechanical properties such as failure, strain, flexural deformation and bearing capacity. The results show that the bearing capacity and the flexural deformation characteristics of large steel columns are greatly affected when the webs are opened. The effect of the stiffeners only around the holes on the improvement of the mechanical properties of the open-hole columns is limited. At the same time, The effect of the thickness of the thick surrounding web is obvious. The lateral deformation in the hole area of open hole specimens is localized shear deformation.
