目的:探讨绿茶多酚对急性酒精性肝损伤的作用机制。方法:酒精灌胃复制小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,酶标光度分析检测肝功能、肝组织ATP酶活力,ELISA检测胞浆及线粒体细胞色素C(Cyt C)。结果:与模型组相比,绿茶多酚高剂量组肝指数、ALT、AST、胞浆及线粒体Cyt C水平降低,Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力明显升高。结论:绿茶多酚改善酒精
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of action of green tea polyphenols on acute alcoholic liver injury. Methods: Acute alcoholic liver injury model was induced by intragastric administration of alcohol. Liver function and ATPase activity of hepatic tissue were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Cyt C was detected by ELISA in cytoplasm and mitochondria. Results: Compared with the model group, the hepatic index, ALT, AST, cytoplasmic and mitochondrial cytochrome C levels of high-dose green tea polyphenols decreased, and the activities of Na + -K + -ATPase and Ca2 + -Mg2 + -ATPase were significantly increased.
