高流动性是当前珠江三角洲劳动力市场的典型特征,其原因不外是员工自身和企业人力资源管理两方面的原因。在市场条件下,决定企业的招用人策略必须是:确立普通员工同样是企业发展重要资源的理念;明确用人标准,适才而用并做好“留人”工作;让员工看到希望并怀抱梦想;注意提高劳动契约的稳定性;关注员工的人文需求,改善人力资源生态。
