Since 2003, the last batch of 34 migrant workers in Guhua Lou Village of Anhua County returned to their hometown to engage in fish breeding in the block. After the “gold rush” in the water tasted the sweetness, they devoted themselves wholeheartedly to the study of the “Fish Sutra” at home and stopped migrating to work for four quarters. Yau Tsuen is a small village of just 192 households with more than 700 inhabitants. However, due to the shortage of water and scarce resources, the number of migrant workers reaches more than 200, accounting for 80% of the total number of young and middle-aged working people in the village each year.
