作者应用TDP 治疗仪辅治婴幼儿肺炎30例,疗效满意。治疗组中男18例,女12例;1岁以下28例,3岁以上2例;毛细支气管炎5例,支气管肺炎25例,对照组20例。两组病人均用抗生素等综合治疗7～10天,临床症状消失,肺部罗音仍存在。治疗组采用TDP 治疗仪照射胸、背部皮肤,1次/天,30～45分钟/次,3天为一疗程,照射距离20—30厘米,以皮肤充血发红为度,局部皮温38—39℃左右,对照组仍
TDP treatment of children with adjuvant treatment of infantile pneumonia in 30 cases, with satisfactory results.
