为测量大聚光比聚集太阳能流密度分布,提出了一种基于红外热像仪和水冷朗伯靶的红外反射测量方法,并设计、研制了测量装置。在十六碟聚集器平台上,用该方法获得了清晰的聚集太阳能流分布红外图像。然后考虑太阳光锥、跟踪误差和面型误差,采用蒙特卡罗射线踪迹法对该十六碟聚集器的聚集能流密度进行数值模拟。通过对比实验结果与数值结果,明确该十六碟聚集器的面型误差为2.5mrad。为测量大聚光比聚集能流密度分布和评价聚集器面型误差参数提供参考依据。
In order to measure the density distribution of concentrated solar flow with large concentration ratio, an infrared reflectance measurement method based on infrared thermal imager and water-cooled Lambert target is proposed and a measuring device is designed and developed. On the sixteen disk collector platform, a clear, concentrated solar flow distribution infrared image was obtained using this method. Then the solar cone, tracking error and area error were considered. The energy density of the sixteen disk aggregator was numerically simulated by Monte Carlo method. By comparing the experimental results with numerical results, it is clear that the facet error of the sixteen disc collector is 2.5 mrad. It can provide a reference for measuring the distribution of large concentration and the distribution of energy density and evaluating the parameters of face type.
