针对某污水处理示范工程,对于一体化氧化沟的转刷曝气控制系统及相应的控制算法系统进行了研究。设计了全数字化的闭环控制系统,以溶解氧指标为控制对象进行了控制算法设计,针对转刷曝气工艺的特点,采用神经PID调节算法,引入了线性神经元(NNC)对经典PID算法进行优化、应用梯度下降法对NNC网络权值进行在线计算。在实验的基础上,确定了网络权值的初始值。采用C语言实现了算法的编程,该控制系统已在示范工程中得到初步使用。
Aiming at a demonstration project of sewage treatment, the rotating brush aeration control system and the corresponding control algorithm system of the integrated oxidation ditch are studied. A fully digitalized closed-loop control system is designed to control the design of the dissolved oxygen index as the control object. In view of the characteristics of the brushless aeration process, a neural PID algorithm is introduced and a linear neuron (NNC) is introduced into the classical PID algorithm Optimization, application of gradient descent method for online calculation of NNC network weights.
