目的:为临床行带血管蒂的肩胛骨移植提供解剖学基础。方法:在30具(60侧)成人尸体上观测了肩胛骨血供的相关参数。结果:肩胛冈、肩胛骨内侧缘和肩肿骨外侧缘区分别主要由肩胛上动脉、肩胛背动脉、旋肩胛动脉供血。肩胛上动脉起始处外径(2.20±0.54)mm,66.67%发自甲状颈干;肩胛背动脉起始处外径(2.26±0.48)mm,68.33%发自颈横动脉;旋肩肿起始处外径(3.18±0.58)mm,93.33%发自肩肝下动脉。结论:肩胛骨血供属弥散性血供,但各区域均有主干血管。肩胛骨较理想的供骨部位是外侧缘。
Objective: To provide an anatomical basis for clinical scapular graft with vascularisation. Methods: The relevant parameters of scapular blood supply were observed on 30 (60 sides) adult cadavers. Results: The scapular glenoid, the medial edge of the scapula and the lateral margin of the scapular bone were mainly supplied by the suprascapular artery, the scapular dorsal artery and the pronated scapular artery respectively. The diameter at the beginning of the suprascapular artery was (2.20 ± 0.54) mm, 66.67% originated from the thyroid neck. The outside diameter of the scapular dorsal artery at the beginning was (2.26 ± 0.48) mm, 68. 33% originated from the cervical transverse artery. The initial diameter of the spinous shoulder was (3.18 ± 0.58) mm, and 93.33% originated from the subclavian artery. Conclusion: Scapular blood supply is diffuse blood supply, but there are main blood vessels in all regions. Shoulder blade for the ideal site for the lateral margin.
