由于能源价格上涨,使蔬菜从原产地长途运输的收益不如就地长期贮藏。因此贮菜的兴趣增强了,要求更新、更有效的最适贮藏条件的信息。 贮藏新鲜蔬菜所推荐的相对湿度(RH),传统上是在降低温度水平使产品失水和在高湿度下增加腐烂这二者之间进行权衡。推荐的最佳相对湿度逐渐接近1 Due to rising energy prices, the benefits of long-distance transportation of vegetables from their places of origin are not as good as long-term storage on the spot.
