高等职业教育应从培养“完整的人”的角度来设计育人目标和实践体系。“全人教育”理念从专业与通识、教养与本领、个体与群体、身体与心理四个方面的平衡给高等职业育人工作以重要启发。本文以广州工程技术职业学院育人工作的实践为基础,探讨高等职业教育的创新思路。
Higher vocational education should be designed to cultivate people’s goals and practice system from the perspective of cultivating “complete people ”. The concept of “all-people education” is an important inspiration to the higher vocational education from the balance between professionalism and general education, education and ability, individual and group, physical and psychological education. Based on the practice of educating people in Guangzhou Vocational College of Engineering and Technology, this article discusses the innovative ideas of higher vocational education.
