从世界竞技健美操的宏观发展趋势进行分析可知,针对健美操难度动作进行运动学分析,不仅有助于健美操技术特征的进一步完善,还可以进一步缩短我国竞技健美操水平同国际水平之间的差距,因此,结合运动生物力学对竞技健美操高难度动作进行动力学分析,对于我国竞技健美操发展有着十分重要的意义。本文在分析竞技健美操难度发展趋势的基础上,简要阐述了其技术特征,并针对C组高难度动作不同阶段的运动进行了运动学分析,为竞技健美操高难度动作的训练提供了有效的参考。
From the macro development trend of world competitive aerobics analysis shows that the kinematic analysis of aerobics difficulty movements not only contribute to the further improvement of aerobics technical features, but also can further shorten the level between China’s aerobic gymnastics and the international level Therefore, combining kinematic biomechanics with the kinetic analysis of the difficult movements of competitive aerobics is of great significance to the development of athletic aerobics in China. Based on the analysis of the development trend of competitive aerobics, this paper briefly expounds its technical characteristics, and analyzes the kinematics of different stages of difficult movements in group C, which provides an effective method for the training of difficult aerobic exercises reference.
