创建于1970年的浙江省绍兴市水泥厂,是绍兴市冶金化工建材工业总公司直属的中档国有企业。近年来,国内外市场竞争非常激烈,企业外部环境十分严竣,直接威胁着企业的生存和发展。绍兴市水泥厂要从困境中崛起,就必须深化企业改革建立起完善的管理体制。绍兴市水泥厂周满国厂长说:“只要精神不滑坡,克服困难的办法多”。他们深化改革,主要抓了“三大块”。
Founded in 1970, Shaoxing Cement Factory in Zhejiang Province is a mid-range state-owned enterprise directly subordinate to Shaoxing Metallurgical, Chemical and Building Materials Industry Corporation. In recent years, the competition in domestic and foreign markets has been fierce. The external environment of enterprises has been very strict, which directly threatens the survival and development of enterprises. In order to rise from the predicament, Shaoxing Cement Factory must deepen its reform and establish a sound management system. Zhou Manguo, the cement factory manager of Shaoxing City, said: “As long as the spirit is not declining, there are many ways to overcome difficulties”. They deepened reforms and mainly focused on the “three big blocks.”
