为了解风景旅游区饮食行业的现状,为今后监督管理工作提供依据,我们于1986年8月份对我省某旅游区的饮食行业进行了一次卫生学调查,报告如下。 1 卫生许可证发放情况及任职人员卫生调查对整个旅游区87户饮食行业(包括招待所食堂),按比例抽取40家作为调查对象,其中国营8家、集体7家、个体25家。这些单位开业前均领取了卫生许可证,但在设置管理人员和建立健全管理制度方面均较为薄弱,提示我们在发卫生许可证时对此应从严审查。单位负责人任职前从事饮食行业工作的仅占20%,
To understand the status quo of the scenic tourism area of the catering industry for the future supervision and management to provide a basis, in August 1986 we conducted a health survey of the catering industry in a tourist area in our province, the report is as follows. 1 Health Permit Issuance and Employee Health Survey 87 households in the catering industry (including guest house canteens) in the whole tourist area were sampled on a pro rata basis, of which 8 were Chinese camps, 7 were collectives, and 25 were individuals. All these units received a hygiene permit prior to their opening. However, they were all weak in setting up management staff and establishing a sound management system, which prompts us to scrutinize this when issuing health permits.
