选用 2 0个产量潜力在 75 0 0~ 90 0 0kg·hm-2 的小麦品种 (系 ) ,对其茎秆 (基部第一节间 )结构进行解剖学观测 ,探讨其与产量构成因素的关系 .结果表明 ,不同品种 (系 )机械组织与收获指数、外轮维管束数目与千粒重均呈显著相关关系 ;不同品种 (系 )大维管束 (中 +内 )数目与穗粒数、穗长、结实小穗数的相关关系十分显著 ;认为小麦高产和超高产育种的组合选配时 ,应考虑机械组织和输导组织发达的品种 (系 )作为亲本 ,以便提高育成品种的茎秆强度 ,达到抗倒、高产或超高产的育种目标
Twenty wheat cultivars (lines) with a yield potential of 75 0 0 ~ 90 0 0 0kg · hm-2 were selected to conduct anatomical observation on the structure of the stalk (first basal internode) and to explore the relationship between yield and its components The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the mechanical tissue, harvest index and the number of vascular bundles in the outer tube and 1000-grain weight.
