北斗小学建校29年,在历任校长的努力下,形成了具有自身特色的学校文化。自2009年5月,北斗小学成为罗湖区政府卓越绩效试点工程的推荐单位,开始实验国际上广泛认同的卓越绩效模式(Performance Excellence Model)。随着卓越绩效模式的导入,学校进一步系统提炼了自己的使命、愿景和核心价值观,为战略规划的制定指明了方向。还提炼了教育、教学、后勤、科研等各个领域的文化理念,使学校文化更加丰富和深入,促进了各方对学校发展方向和价值观的认知和认同,
For more than 29 years, Beidou Primary School has formed its own distinctive school culture under the efforts of its principal. Since May 2009, Beidou Primary School has become the recommended unit of the Luohu District Government Performance Excellence Pilot Project and started experimenting with the internationally recognized Performance Excellence Model. With the introduction of the excellent performance model, the school further refined its own mission, vision and core values systematically and pointed out the direction for the formulation of strategic planning. It also refined the cultural ideas in various fields such as education, teaching, logistics and scientific research so as to enrich and deepen the school culture and promote the cognition and recognition of the direction and values of the school.
