随着煤炭工业的迅速发展,矿井运量日益增大,大倾角、长距离的带式输送机越来越普及。普通天倾角输送机上运角度为18°~28°,下运倾角为16°~25°。而有些矿井为了减少巷道开拓量和设备投资,并加快工程进度,又将巷道倾角加大,甚至超出了普通大倾角输送机设计所能达到的最大角度。为了满足这些矿井的需要,提高大倾角输送机设计水平势在必行。该文以河南众信机械制造有限公司为某煤业有限公司设计制造的主井32°大倾角带式输送机为例
