教学设备陈旧,班额过大,学生整体英语水平较低且参差不齐是西部农村地区中学英语教学所面临的普遍问题。由于这些地区小学英语教学严重滞后,多数学生难以适应初中阶段的英语学习,甚至产生惧怕英语的心理,两极分化非常严重,传统的班级授课模式表现出了明显的局限性。因此,如何因材施教,使每个学生都学有所得、学有所用,就成了每一位教师关注的重要问题。以下笔者就分层教学的问题结合教学实践谈几点体会。
Teaching equipment obsolete, excessive classes, the overall low level of English students and jagged is a common problem faced by middle school English teaching in western rural areas. Due to the serious lag in primary school English teaching in these areas, most students find it hard to adapt to junior high school English learning and even have a fear of English. Their polarization is very serious. The traditional class teaching model shows obvious limitations. Therefore, how to teach students in accordance with their aptitudes so that every student learns what they have learned and learned is an important issue that every teacher is concerned about. The following author on the issue of teaching in combination with teaching practice talk about some experience.
