观察了两批共51只L615小鼠血浆脂蛋白、TG、单个核细胞、肝、脾胆固醇及血清蛋白质水平的变化。与对照组比较,模型组脂质变化显著,除单个核细胞内、脾脏胆固醇降低外,大多数检测指标均明显升高,总胆固醇和VLDLch增加最多,LDLch/Tch无什么变化,而HDLch/Tch降低非常明显(Ⅰ、Ⅱ组)并呈现外周血白细胞数愈高,降低愈多的关系。这些变化主要是VLDL降解速度慢。肝外组织摄取利用胆固醇能力降低所致。血清蛋白质变化主要是总蛋白、α1和γ球蛋白升高,反映急性反应性蛋白增加和体液免疫活性增强。我们的结果显示L615小鼠脂质代谢变化与人类白血病间存在一定差异,这种差异可能与白血病类型和动物种属有关。
The changes of plasma lipoprotein, TG, mononuclear cells, cholesterol in liver, spleen and serum protein in 51 L615 mice were observed. Compared with the control group, the lipid changes of the model group were significant. Except for the reduction of cholesterol in the spleen in mononuclear cells, most of the detection indexes were significantly increased, the total cholesterol and VLDLch increased most, but LDLch / Tch showed no change, while HDLch / Tch Reduce significantly (Ⅰ, Ⅱ group) and showed a higher number of peripheral white blood cells, reduce the more the relationship. These changes are mainly VLDL degradation slow. Extrahepatic tissue taken advantage of reduced cholesterol. Serum protein changes are mainly total protein, α1 and γ-globulin increased, reflecting the increase of acute reactive protein and humoral immune activity increased. Our results show that there is a certain difference between L615 mice lipid metabolism and human leukemia, which may be related to leukemia type and animal species.
