蚕豆疒(胡豆黄)是缺乏葡萄糖—6—1酸脱氢酶在蚕豆的诱因下,而引起的一种急性溶血性贫血。多见于农村,起疒急,变化快,历来以尽早输血治之,若不及时,重者可导致死亡。故对贫下中农危害极大。在毛主席“中国医药学是一个伟大的宝库,应当努力发掘加以提高”的教导下,近年来,我们采用中西医结合治疗此疒,取得了大部分(74.6％)轻中型及部分(35.1％)重型疒儿未输血亦痊愈的效果。兹将我院1975—1978年收治的190例蚕豆疒作一分析、报告如下:
