1980年10～11月,我们在本县秀山公社西涧大队的邹屋、宣屋、江屋、冯屋等生产队人群进行粪捡,对有钩、蛔虫卵的病人随机分组治疗,比较了几种常用驱虫药物的疗效和副作用。一、方法 1.粪检用饱和盐水漂浮法,感染度用洪氏计数法。除心、肝、肾疾患者、孕妇及发热患者外,其它均作为治疗观察对象。于夜晚临睡前送药,并观察服下。服药后普遍走访副反应
