1侧渗的发现古宋河翟庄闸隶属于“商丘农业综合开发引黄灌区水利骨干工程”,闸址位于宁陵县孔集乡翟庄村北500m处,该闸由商丘市水利局于2001年5月建成并落闸蓄水,当蓄水至正常蓄水位3天后,闸下游左侧岸坡出现多处出水点,且分布范围很广,护坡末端以下50m以内都有渗水点。水利局管理人员发现后,及时通知主管部门,并会同设计单位、勘测单位人员进行现场查勘。
