为了进行小豆种质创新和获得基因定位和克隆及其基因功能分析的突变体材料,分别用30、35、40、45、50、55Gy剂量的快中子,辐照小豆‘京农6号’干种子。M1出苗率分别为31.72%、29.06%、30.29%、36.51%、16.15%和15.17%,变异率为3.20%、4.70%、6.75%、6.61%、4.00%和2.20%。辐射剂量增加,出苗率降低、变异率呈增加趋势,M2代共获得77份叶形、株型、粒型、籽粒大小、粒色、叶色、早熟、丰产等性状变异材料。40~45Gy为小豆快中子诱变的适宜剂量,这些突变体为小豆相关基因定位克隆、功能分析和育种提供了有价值的材料。
In order to carry on the innovation of adzuki bean germplasm and to obtain the mutant material of gene locating and cloning and its gene function analysis, the adzuki bean ’Jingnong 6’ was irradiated with fast neutron of 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, Dried seeds. M1 were 31.72%, 29.06%, 30.29%, 36.51%, 16.15% and 15.17% respectively. The mutation rates were 3.20%, 4.70%, 6.75%, 6.61%, 4.00% and 2.20% respectively. The radiation dose increased, the emergence rate decreased, and the variation rate showed an increasing trend. In the M2 generation, 77 leaf, plant type, grain type, grain size, grain color, leaf color, precocious, high yield and other traits were obtained. 40 ~ 45Gy is the appropriate dose for fast neutron mutagenesis of adzuki bean, and these mutants provide valuable materials for positioning clone, functional analysis and breeding of adzuki bean.
