目的 为寻求简便有效的方法对良恶性胸水进行鉴别诊断。方法 采用放射免疫分析技术对健康对照组 30例、已确诊的恶性胸水组 1 5例、良性胸水组 33例血清及胸水进行 CEA、CA-50平行对照检测。结果 恶性胸水组血清及胸水 CEA、CA-50水平显著高于良性胸水组。结论 提示对胸水进行 CEA、CA-50检测有利于良恶性胸水鉴别诊断 ,且 CEA、CA-50联合检测可提高恶性胸水诊断阳性率。
Objective To seek a simple and effective method for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pleural effusion. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect CEA and CA-50 in 30 healthy controls, 15 confirmed cases of malignant pleural effusion and 33 cases of benign pleural effusion. Results The levels of serum CEA and CA-50 in pleural effusion were significantly higher than those in benign pleural effusion. Conclusions The CEA and CA-50 detection of pleural effusion is helpful for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant hydrothorax, and the combined detection of CEA and CA-50 can improve the positive rate of malignant pleural effusion diagnosis.
