余南中,男,汉族,云南昆明市人,1942年4月生,中共党员。1963年7月毕业于昆明理工大学采矿系矿区开采专业,分配到昆明冶金研究所从事采矿实验工作,1964年3月调昆明有色冶金设计研究院从事矿山设计和项目总设计师工作至今。1980年任工程师,1987年晋升高级工程师,1995年1月晋升成绩优异高级工程师(教授级),1997年10月获国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴及证书,2005年1月获有色建设协会首批《全国有色金属行业优秀总设计师》称号,2007年1月获云南工程设计大师称号。历任专业负责人,专业组长,室主任工程师,自1987年起任项目总设计师,1992年任院副总工程师,并曾先后任院总工程师室副主任,对外工程部主任,矿山分院院长等职务,2002年退休,现仍返聘担任院副总工程师,总设计师职务,并受聘为昆钢集团专家。
Yu Nanzhong, male, Han nationality, Kunming, Yunnan, born in April 1942, member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from Mining Department of Kunming University of Science and Technology in July 1963 and was assigned to the mining experiment work in Kunming Metallurgical Institute. In March 1964, he worked in the design and project chief designer of mine in Kunming Nonferrous Metallurgical Design and Research Institute. In 1980 as an engineer, promoted to senior engineer in 1987, in January 1995 outstanding achievements in promotion of senior engineer (professor level), in October 1997 by the State Council issued a special government allowances and certificates, in January 2005 by the colored building association first batch of “ National Non-ferrous Metal Industry outstanding chief designer ”title, in January 2007 by Yunnan Engineering Design Master title. Served as a professional person in charge, professional leader, director of the room engineer, chief project designer since 1987, deputy chief engineer of the hospital in 1992, and has served as deputy director of the chief engineer room, foreign engineering director, mining branch Long and other positions, retired in 2002, is still returning to serve as Deputy Chief Engineer, chief designer positions, and hired as Kunming Iron and Steel Group experts.
