长期以来,飞机燃油系统采用模拟式燃油测量系统进行工作,这种方式存在诸如测量和显示精度低、维护性和可靠性差等较多特点。为解决模拟式燃油测量系统的缺陷,在飞机燃油测量和指示系统中引入了数字技术,即以燃油测量与管理计算机为核心的数字式燃油测量系统。结合某型飞机燃油系统试飞,主要介绍了数字式燃油测量系统的组成、工作原理及数据处理等,叙述了数字式燃油测量系统的试验方法,通过对飞行试验结果分析,总结了影响数字式燃油测量精度的主要因素,并提出了油量测量精度受飞机姿态影响的解决思路。
Aircraft fuel systems have long been operating on analog fuel measurement systems that have many features such as poor measurement and display accuracy, poor maintainability and reliability. To address the shortcomings of the analogue fuel gauging system, digital technology was introduced into the aircraft fuel gauging and indicating system, a digital fuel gauging system centered on a fuel gauging and management computer. Combining with the flight test of a certain type of aircraft fuel system, this paper introduces the composition, working principle and data processing of the digital fuel measurement system. The test methods of the digital fuel measurement system are described. By analyzing the flight test results, The main factors of measuring accuracy, and put forward a solution to the problem that the measuring accuracy of oil quantity is affected by the attitude of aircraft.
