The nanocrystalline (20 ~ 30nm) copper film was obtained on a cellulose acetate substrate by magnetron sputtering. The results of in-situ tensile test under a transmission electron microscope showed that there were thinning bands caused by local plastic deformation before loading The holes nucleate in the thinning belt, resulting in the growth of the main crack growth holes and the connection process also related to the local plastic deformation.
