起动机传动机构包括离合器和自动分离器。一、离合器:它是多摩擦片、非常压、湿式,并有制动器。离合器接合时,离合杠杆27短头推动压盘12,把从动摩擦片11压紧在主动摩擦片10上,杠杆长头进入滑动套18的水平槽后即被自锁。杠杆支架14与传动轴16采用螺纹配合,便于改变压盘和接合杠杆短头之间的距离,以调整离合器传动扭矩。制动器的作用是为了防止当离合器处于分离位置时,起动机起动后,传动轴跟随转动。为消除因摩擦片磨损而打滑,需进行如下调整: 1.分离离合器。 2.将离合器手柄,拨叉及侧盖等一起拆下。
Starter transmission includes clutch and automatic separator. First, the clutch: it is more friction film, very pressure, wet, and brake.
