进入“九五”时,广西二轻工业已连续多年效益下滑,亏损已十分严重。为此,自治区二轻工业总公司在行业内全面强化扭亏增效手段,1997年首次实现减亏。自此,连续四年平均减亏23.17％。 在抓扭亏增效工作中,自治区二轻工业总公司十分注意对行之有效的治亏手段加以总结推行,目前已形成“十大治亏”手段,从而使扭亏工作更具体、更具可操作性。
When entering the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, Guangxi Second Light Industry has experienced declining benefits for many consecutive years and the loss has been very serious. To this end, the Second Light Industry Corporation of the autonomous region has comprehensively strengthened the means to reduce losses and increase efficiency in the industry. In 1997, it achieved the first reduction of losses. Since then, the average loss reduction has been 23.17% for four consecutive years. In light of the efforts to improve efficiency, the Autonomous Region Second Light Industry Corporation paid great attention to the effective measures for the reduction of losses, and it has now formed a “ten major measures to reduce losses,” which makes the work of turning losses more concrete and more maneuverable.
