目的:探讨社区老年人家庭对健康教育内容的需求。方法:随机抽取2013年1月到2014年1月温州和南通两市5个居委会和5个村老年人家庭为样本,进行多阶段调查,对其中1049名老人及其共同生活的子女256名的健康知识进行问卷调查,以反映老年人家庭的健康教育内容,随机对其中对10名老人进行访谈,了解健康教育的主观需求。结果:1049名老年人中有良好健康知识者为493名(47.0%),水平为中下,其子女各类知识回答正确率平均值为85%,健康知识水平较高,但其健康知识水平对老年人影响不大;老年人的健康知识主观需求在于饮食和运动方面,并对慢性病防治知识、用药,心理保健知识以及急救知识有一定的需求。结论:老年家庭的健康教育应以见于老年人为主,教育内容需要结合老年人本身的健康知识了解程度以及主观需求制定。
Objective: To explore the needs of elders in community for health education content. Methods: From January 2013 to January 2014, five neighborhood committees and five village elderly families from Wenzhou City and Nantong City from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected randomly for multi-stage investigation. Among them, 1049 elderly people and 256 children living together A questionnaire survey on health knowledge was conducted to reflect the health education contents of the elderly families. Conclusion: Health education for the elderly should be mainly seen in the elderly. The content of education needs to be combined with the understanding of the elderly themselves and their subjective needs.
