Erythromycin fermentation broth was used as an experimental design to examine the attenuation of membrane flux in hollow fiber. The main reason for its attenuation is the adsorption of proteins on the membrane surface and the formation of a concentration polarization layer on the membrane surface. The effect of retention solution concentration on membrane flux is indirect, and its macroscopic external appearance is high concentration of retention solution, large membrane treatment volume and long treatment time will aggravate membrane flux decay.
