随着香菇袋我生产的迅速发展,霉菌的为害也日趋严重,因此霉菌防治,成了生产中一个迫切需要解决的问题.1985年以来,我们通过调查研究,培养和镜检,发现袋栽香菇主要霉菌有:木霉(Frichoderma),黄霉(Myceliophthora),根霉(Rhizopus)青霉(Penicillium),链孢霉(Monilia Bon)和黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger V.Fiegh)等.而其中又以木霉为害最为普遍,约占90%以上.香菇菌袋被侵染以后,轻者料面形成霉菌斑,与香菇菌丝争养料、争水分,终至影响菇的产量和质量;重者蔓延到整个香菇袋,产生毒素,杀死或抑制香菇菌丝生长,导致料袋霉腐报废,为此本文就香菇霉菌发生和防治的研究结果整理如下:
