中职学校是培养技能人才的摇篮,是教育体系中重要的组成部分。由于目前中职学生的就业压力比较大,很多学生在求学的过程中都会产生各种心理问题,这严重影响了学生自身的进步和发展,不利于学生的健康成长。中职学校的班主任在开展教学的过程中要树立新的理念,认真做好学生的心理健康教育工作,努力营造良好的班级学习氛围,促进学生综合素质的提升。
Secondary vocational schools are the cradle of training skilled personnel and are an important part of the education system.
