在没有外力干预的情况下,弱势劳动者群体的就业公平在市场当中的缺失是一个常态。但是,市场自身也存在一定的自动增进就业公平的机制。但总体上来说,市场在解决就业公平问题方面存在一些自身无法弥补的缺陷,因此必须寻求政府干预等外力的介入。政府干预在弥补市场促进就业公平的缺陷方面具有优势,但是政府手段也有其自身固有的缺陷,所以应当维持在一定的限度。法律是现阶段我国克服市场调节和政府干预缺陷,维护和促进弱势劳动者就业公平的根本保证。
In the absence of external intervention, the lack of employment fairness among the disadvantaged groups in the market is a normal one. However, the market itself also has some mechanism for automatically increasing employment fairness. However, on the whole, there are some defects that the market can not make up for in solving the problem of employment fairness.
