基于虚拟样机技术,主要考虑矿用自卸车油气悬架系统的非线性特征,通过液压综合试验台获得油气悬挂缸的动力特性参数,建立油气悬挂缸的非线性动力学模型;实测国内某露天矿区的路面,编制矿区路面谱;借助ADAMS仿真软件建立SGA3722矿用自卸车的整车虚拟样机模型。通过试验数据验证油气悬架模型的准确性,考虑悬架非线性特性的虚拟样机为矿用自卸车的油气悬架特性和整车平顺性研究提供理论依据。同时整车虚拟样机也降低矿用自卸车制造成本、缩短研发周期、提高产品质量。
Based on the virtual prototype technology, the nonlinear characteristics of the oil-gas suspension system of the mining dump truck are mainly considered. The dynamic characteristic parameters of the oil-gas suspension cylinder are obtained by hydraulic comprehensive test rig and the nonlinear dynamic model of the oil-gas suspension cylinder is established. Of the road, the preparation of mining road spectrum; with ADAMS simulation software to build SGA3722 truck dumper vehicle virtual prototype model. Through the test data to verify the accuracy of the hydro-pneumatic suspension model, the virtual prototype considering the nonlinear characteristics of the suspension provides a theoretical basis for the research on the hydro-pneumatic suspension characteristics and vehicle ride comfort of the mining truck. At the same time the vehicle virtual prototype also reduces mining truck manufacturing costs, shorten the development cycle, improve product quality.
