档案岗位培训是提高档案人员素质,促进档案事业发展的重要手段和途径,也是应对和解决新形势下档案工作中出现的种种矛盾和问题,不断开创档案工作新局面的需要。作为县级档案部门的档案岗位培训,如何才能跳出传统的培训模式和框架的束缚,不断提升培训质量和效果,更好地适应档案发展的新形势和地方经济及社会各项事业的发展需要,笔者认为,在岗位培训中应坚持“三突出”。
