目的掌握2004-2008年北京市昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员结核病疫情动态变化,为卫生监督部门对食品与公共场所的管理工作提供依据。方法对2004—2008年间昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员参加健康检查的资料进行分析。结果 2004—2008年间体检人数共计344 295人,活动性肺结核检出168人,总检出率为0.049%。5年检出率分别为0.002%、0、0.002%、0.042%、0.153%;5年间活动性肺结核病的检出率呈逐年上升趋势(χ2=277.46,P<0.01);本地与外埠从业人员活动性肺结核病的检出率均随年度增长则呈上升趋势,本地χ2=71.64,外埠χ2=205.97,均P<0.01。本地人口与外来人口活动性肺结核病检出率分别是0.05%、0.04%,经统计学分析,两率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.01,P>0.05)。结论为保证昌平区公共卫生安全,要重视和坚持对食品和公共场所从业人员每年1次的健康检查,确保早期及时发现肺结核病人,防止结核病的传播。
Objective To grasp the dynamic changes of TB epidemics in food and public places in Changping District, Beijing from 2004 to 2008, and provide the basis for health supervision department to manage food and public places. Methods The data of health check-ups of food and public places practitioners in Changping District during 2004-2008 were analyzed. Results A total of 344 295 medical examinations were conducted between 2004 and 2008, and 168 were found active pulmonary tuberculosis with a total detection rate of 0.049%. The detection rates of TB in five years showed an upward trend year by year (χ2 = 277.46, P <0.01). The detection rates of local and foreign workers The detection rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis increased with the annual increase, with local χ2 = 71.64 and χ2 = 205.97, both P <0.01. The prevalence of active pulmonary tuberculosis between the local population and the migrant population was 0.05% and 0.04%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two rates (χ2 = 0.01, P> 0.05) by statistical analysis. Conclusion To ensure public health safety in Changping District, we must attach importance to and insist on annual health checkup for food and public places practitioners to ensure that tuberculosis patients are detected in an early and timely manner and prevent the spread of tuberculosis.
