一、前言卡玛合金是在Ni80 Cr20的电热合金基础上发展出来的一种精密高电阻合金。它具有高的电阻率和低的电阻温度系数,良好的抗蚀性和耐磨性,是制造精密电子设备、数字化仪器仪表中精密微型高电阻元件的关键材料之一。随着科学技术的发展,对卡玛电阻材料的要求更高了。不但要求电阻温度系数小,稳定性好,使用温度宽,而且还要求线径细,机械强度高。卡玛电阻合金是能满足这些条件的较好的一种电阻材料。国外对卡玛电阻材料的研究和生产,已有三十多年的历史。国内对卡玛合金的研究和生产,还只有十多年的时间,对它的性能的了解还不够全面和深入。卡玛电阻材料使用范围为
