随着我国超临界、超超临界火电机组的迅猛发展,新材料、新工艺不断出现,高合金耐热钢如P91、P92等得到了普遍采用。这些高合金耐热钢对焊接热处理的要求较亚临界机组锅炉所使用的低合金耐热钢更加苛刻,在锅炉安装监督检验过程中也多次发现了由于焊接热处理控制不当造成的质量问题。本文结合一工程实例,介绍了问题的发现及原因分析,总结了大型电站锅炉安装过程中焊接热处理存在的主要问题,并提出了针对高合金耐热钢焊接热处理监督检验的控制重点。
With the rapid development of supercritical and ultra-supercritical thermal power units in China, new materials and new processes are emerging constantly. High-alloy heat-resisting steels such as P91 and P92 have been widely used. These high-alloy heat-resistant steels require more heat treatment than the low-alloy heat-resistant steels used in sub-critical unit boilers. Quality problems caused by improper control of welding heat treatment have also been found many times in the supervision and inspection of boiler installations. In this paper, an engineering example is introduced to find the problems and the reasons for the analysis. The main problems of the welding heat treatment during the installation of the large-scale power station boiler are summarized. The key points of the supervision for the heat treatment of the high-alloy heat-resisting steel are put forward.
