随着全球卫星无线电导航系统的日益完善和广泛应用,目前无线电导航系统正处于最乱时期。这就向各国的决策者及广大用户提出非常严峻的问题,并使他们不得不面对严峻的挑战。二十一世纪究竟使用哪一种卫星导航系统,这不仅仅在于技术问题,还取决于政治以至于军事因素。本文论述了主要无线电导航系统的特点和存在的缺点,尤其是GPS全球无线电导航系统。同时论述了全球卫星导航系统的发展趋势。事实上现在是决定二十一世纪无线电导航系统发展和使用的关键时刻。
With the improvement and extensive application of the global satellite radio navigation system, the current radio navigation system is in the most chaotic period. This poses very serious problems for decision-makers and users in many countries and makes them have to face severe challenges. What kind of satellite navigation system is used in the 21st century depends not only on technical issues but also on political and military factors. This article discusses the features and shortcomings of the major radionavigation systems, especially the GPS Global Radionavigation System. At the same time, it discusses the development trend of global satellite navigation system. In fact, it is now a crucial moment that will determine the development and use of the radionavigation system in the 21st century.
