目的:探讨微信平台在近视激光手术护理中的应用价值。方法:采用前瞻性研究方法,2014年6月到2016年3月选择在医院进行近视激光手术患者180例,根据随机信封抽签原则分为观察组与对照组各90例,两组手术方法都为准分子激光角膜屈光手术,在围手术期对对照组进行常规护理,基于此给予观察组微信平台护理,记录两组预后情况。结果:所有患者都顺利完成手术,围手术期无严重并发症发生,两组术后1个月的裸眼视力和最佳矫正视力都明显高于术前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后1个月的BUT值都明显高于术前(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1个月的社会支持、客观支持和主观支持的评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1个月的依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微信平台在近视激光手术护理中的应用能促进视力的改善,有利于泪囊稳定,能提高患者的依从性与社会支持度,是目前较为理想的护理支持方式。
Objective: To explore the application value of WeChat platform in myopia surgical care. Methods: A prospective study was carried out. From June 2014 to March 2016, 180 patients with myopic laser surgery in the hospital were selected. According to the principle of random ensemble, 90 cases were divided into observation group and control group. The surgical methods of both groups were Excimer laser corneal refractive surgery in the perioperative period of the control group for routine care, based on this to give the observation group WeChat platform care, record the prognosis of the two groups. Results: All the patients completed the operation successfully and no serious complication occurred during the perioperative period. The uncorrected visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity of the two groups were significantly higher than those before operation (P <0.05), and the observation group was superior to Control group (P <0.05). The BUT values at one month after operation in both groups were significantly higher than those before operation (P <0.05), and were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of social support, objective support and subjective support in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group one month after operation (P <0.05). The compliance of the observation group one month after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of WeChat platform in the treatment of myopia laser surgery can improve visual acuity, stabilize the lacrimal sac, and improve patient compliance and social support. It is an ideal way of nursing support.
